2. Enquiries and pre-contractual communication
When you contact us by form, email or telephone, we process your contact details and the journey or delivery information you provide to answer your enquiry and prepare the requested service. For enquiries relating to your own prospective contract, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For business contact persons or general enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR may apply; the legitimate interest is responding to business communications.
Required fields provide the information needed to process your enquiry. Without sufficient details we may be unable to prepare a suitable quote. Enquiries do not result in automated booking decisions.
3. Hosting, recipients and logs
[Add the actual hosting and email providers, addresses, roles, processing locations and processing agreements. Infomaniak in Switzerland is planned; describe the arrangements conclusively only after setup.]
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider may process technical logs such as IP address, time, requested URL and browser information. The purpose is secure website operation, based on the legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. [Confirm scope and specific retention period with the provider.]
4. Form and abuse prevention
The form sends the submitted details to our business email inbox. The supplied form plugin does not permanently store the enquiry in WordPress. Time-limited signed form tokens and salted identifiers derived from the IP address and email address protect against automated requests. Planned periods range from 15 minutes to two hours; expired entries are removed through WordPress cleanup. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (abuse prevention).
5. Retention
Enquiry data is retained only as long as necessary for responding, any resulting contract or statutory duties. [Set and insert specific retention periods for unsuccessful enquiries, contract records, emails, logs and backups.]
6. Cookies, fonts and external content
The supplied public website code contains no marketing tracking, embedded maps, externally loaded fonts or external CAPTCHA. Language is selected through the page address. This code does not set analytics or advertising cookies on public pages. Logged-in WordPress users may receive technically necessary login cookies. [Review the actual configuration after additional plugins or hosting features are enabled.]
7. International transfers
[Check actual countries, recipients and transfer grounds. Switzerland benefits from an EU adequacy decision; this does not replace review of the actual providers and subprocessors. Describe further transfers only following an appropriate assessment.]
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. Any consent you have given may be withdrawn for the future.
You may complain to the Liechtenstein Data Protection Authority.
