Is my enquiry already a booking?
No. The form and any automatic acknowledgement do not confirm a booking. We explain the terms of a binding arrangement when we discuss your individual quote.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Cash and card payments are accepted. Payment timing and details are agreed in advance. The form does not collect card details.
What happens if you are unavailable?
We review every enquiry. If the driver or vehicle is unavailable, we will let you know personally.
Can I enquire for another person?
